01 · Initial statementInitial statement
LiquidManzana is building a platform for approved, asset-specific real-world asset offerings and supported digital-asset services.
Land has long served as a durable store of value. LiquidManzana combines legal structuring, permissioned tokenization and digital distribution to make eligible participation in approved land and real-estate offerings more accessible.
LQDM is the ERC-20 platform token of the LiquidManzana ecosystem. It supports platform access, tier qualification, fee reductions, program benefits and other ecosystem functions. The platform token does not represent ownership of, or economic rights in, any property or RWA offering. Asset-specific ERC-3643 tokens are issued separately for each approved RWA offering. They digitally represent the rights established by that offering’s legal and offering documents and may only be held or transferred by verified, eligible participants.
Access and participation
LiquidManzana sources land through partnerships with realtors and brokers. Eligible customers may buy, sell and hold land interests on the Marketplace using supported cryptocurrency or fiat. The platform provides portfolio tracking, asset management and tier-based benefits.
Supported jurisdictions
Eligible users access approved real-estate offerings from supported jurisdictions. Real estate and tokenized real-world assets fluctuate in value and involve investment risk.
02 · MissionMission
Reduce land transaction time from 30–60 days to 30–60 seconds.
LiquidManzana sources opportunities through real-estate professionals and makes approved offerings available through a digital marketplace. Each offering remains subject to its own terms, risk disclosures and eligibility requirements.
03 · LQDM platform tokenLQDM platform token
LQDM is the access layer for the LiquidManzana ecosystem.
LQDM supports tier qualification, platform access, fee reductions, participation programs and other services made available by LiquidManzana. Benefits depend on the applicable program terms; holding LQDM alone does not establish eligibility for an RWA offering.
Illustrative platform tiers
| Tier | LQDM | Access |
|---|---|---|
| Manzana | 100 LQDM | Base platform benefits |
| Corridor | 500 LQDM | Expanded marketplace access |
| Providence | 5,000 LQDM | Premium platform benefits |
04 · ERC-3643 and legal structureERC-3643 and legal structure
Asset-specific ERC-3643 tokens provide a permissioned digital representation and controlled transfer layer.
Each approved offering uses a dedicated token contract. Identity and compliance checks determine whether a participant may receive or transfer its tokens.
Legal instrument and asset-holding structure
For each offering, the applicable legal instrument and, where appropriate, an asset-holding legal vehicle are structured for the asset, jurisdiction and regulatory requirements. Those documents define ownership, participation and economic rights.
05 · Core modelCore model
The transaction flow begins with the property and its legal structure.
06 · Tokenomics and sustainabilityTokenomics and sustainability
Platform services generate the revenue that sustains operations and development.
LQDM platform role
LQDM is used for tier qualification, platform benefits, fee reductions and access features.
Reward mechanics
A designated allocation supports participation incentives, loyalty programs, promotions and community initiatives under separate program terms.
Marketplace fees
A transparent fee structure underpins the Marketplace, with a 4.5% fee incurred by sellers and a 1% fee applied to buyers.
